We serve Black Hawk and Hypro Premium Grain Free as part of every stay. For dogs on a natural diet, raw patties (Big Dog / Leading Raw) can be added for a small additional fee. Pawrents may also bring their own food—just label clearly and pre-portion any raw meals.

Regular Treats & Bedtime Specials

Throughout the day, dogs enjoy small treats, cuddles, and pats. In the evening, those with permission receive our signature Wally’s Dog Café favourites—lactose-free Puppacinos, Doggy Donuts, or even dog-friendly beer packed with joint-support nutrients.

She took such incredible care of my pups, making sure they were happy, comfortable, and probably a little bit spoiled (in the best way possible!). I had total peace of mind the whole time, knowing they were being treated like part of the family. This is a Five Star RESORT for your pet! We booked our Cairn Terrior in for Easter and he was treated like a king. Tracey and her team have a wonderful set up for the dogs under cover (in a converted covered horse arena) with purpose-built "Suites" for the dogs. Our Toby was treated to his first "Puppacino" and evening dog biscuit each evening and let out to play on the dog trampoline, playground and exercise yard. We received a daily report via email, complete with portrait quality photos. And all for the fraction of the cost of a Melbourne boarding kennel. Worth driving out of your way to leave your furry "family member" (Tracey's words) in the care of Spikes Bed and Bone. Thank you so much. Toby will be back.

What vaccinations does my pet need?

All dogs must have a valid C5 vaccination covering Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Bordetella, and Canine Parainfluenza. Vaccinations must be up to date and given at least 10 days before boarding.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept standard payment methods including bank transfer and cash. Full payment is required before your dog is collected from their stay.

What should I do if my pet has fleas or ticks?

Please ensure your dog is treated with a flea and tick preventative (such as Advocate, Advantix, or Frontline) before arriving. This helps keep all pets safe and comfortable during their stay.
